The Barrel Holdings Generalist Associate Program is designed to develop future agency leaders.

Generalist Associates (GAs) work closely with the Barrel Holdings leadership team on special projects across our portfolio. They support on initiatives that span M&A, finance, marketing, operations, talent acquisition, and more.
GAs are exposed to the inner workings of the different agencies and play an active role in helping to cross-pollinate ideas and best practices.
GA candidates have the opportunity to be placed in a portfolio agency as a full-time team member or be considered for a role in a newly incubated or acquired agency business.
Compensation for this program is at an annual salary level of $65,000. Does not include health or retirement benefits. We do pay for perks like books, travel, and meals.
This is a remote position.
